This is a fiery hot condiment that is as common as Louisiana Hot Sauce or Tabasco is in the States. It can be found on almost every North African table and is used on many foods. Traditionally, it’s used on kebabs, stews, soups, salads, bland vegetables, couscous, chickpeas and cooked meats like lamb, beef or chicken. Try it as a replacement for condiments like mustard if you like your sandwiches hot! Basically, you can use this blend anywhere you desire.
